The transformation of 85 acres of former exhibitions lands around Wembley Stadium and Arena is underway. The emerging retail and leisure destination will deliver people, businesses and economic growth to the heart of Wembley. Around the Stadium, Arena and new Brent Civic Centre, the creation of buildings, retail streets, homes and public realm is bringing animation and vibrancy to Wembley City, not just on event days but every day of the year.

Construction is underway on land adjacent to the Stadium. Residents have moved into the first two residential buildings, Quadrant Court and Forum House, and new retail and community facilities have been opened. A Hilton hotel and student accommodation building will open in 2013, adding to Wembley City’s existing attractions of the Stadium, Arena and Power League venue. The first occupiers for The London Designer Outlet have been announced and this 280,000 sq ft retail destination will add a fresh dimension to Wembley City, bringing high street, designer brands and dynamic restaurant and leisure operators to the heart of the regeneration scheme.
In 2011 we received outline planning consent for the next 14 acres of development, which includes further residential, retail and commercial accommodation and will see the creation of a one-acre London Square behind the Brent Civic Centre, which is now being built.
