In addition to our central London schemes that are under construction, Special Projects has interests across the UK in various stages of development. Our most significant sites include:

City Park Gate, Birmingham

City Park Gate is immediately to the east of Moor Street Station in Birmingham and will be the flagship site in the City's regeneration programme. The scheme includes 1 million sq ft of space, including a hotel, residential, retail and commercial.

Beverley, Yorkshire

A 62,000 sq m scheme with outline planning consent, this is located in the shadow of Beverley Minster and the town's largest brownfield site. The completed scheme will include 12,000 sq m of retail, a community college, cinema, hotel, offices and 165 homes.

Emerson's Green, Bristol

A 500,000 sq ft scheme is proposed for our 65 acre site which is located close to our 54 acre science park at Emerson's Green close to Bristol city centre. The proposed scheme entails retail, residential, hotel, a cinema and community, social and leisure facilities.

Silvertown, London

A strategic site overlooking our Greenwich Peninsula scheme on the banks of the Thames, the Silvertown plot is located at the gateway to the Olympic lands.
