Regional Projects
In addition to our central London schemes that are construction, Urban Regeneration has interests across the UK in various stages of development. Our most significant sites include:
City Park Gate
City Park Gate is immediately to the east of Moor Street Station in Birmingham and will be the flagship site in the City's Eastside regeneration programme. The scheme includes 1 million sq ft of space, including a hotel, residential, retail and commercial.
Plot 4 on the site has been sold to La Tour for transformation into a hotel that will serve the commercial audience at this site and marketing has now started of Island House, an attractive building on the site that would make an interesting stand alone development proposition. Emersons Green, Bristol
In July 2010 planning consent was unanimously granted for the 275 acre Emersons Green site in Bristol, of which Quintain owns 65 acres. This scheme will include up to 2,500 homes, 1m sq ft of commercial space, 25,000 sq ft of retail, a community hall and a cricket pitch.
Silvertown, London
A strategic site overlooking our Greenwich Peninsula scheme on the banks of the Thames, the Silvertown plot is located at the gateway to London's Olympic lands.
