Quintain has two principal business activities:

Urban Regeneration provides development returns as Quintain realises the value embedded in its land holdings. It also provides long-term rental income, ground rents and revenues generated through commercial activities such as advertising, catering and car parking.

Fund Management generates long-term income from a diversified asset base across specialist property funds. These earnings come from a combination of rental income and asset/fund management fees. They provide risk diversification and a solid platform for underpinning our Urban Regeneration activities.

The two businesses compliment each other. Through Urban Regeneration our aim is to generate capital growth and profit through the development and long-term ownership of our landholdings at Wembley City and Greenwich Peninsula. Through Fund Management we seek to generate profits from fee and asset management income, thus providing Quintain with robust recurring income streams.
