Chairman

John was appointed to the Board in July 2002. He sits on the Company’s Audit, Remuneration, Nominations and Donations Committees. He is currently a journalist writing for the Financial Times in London, a member of the advisory council of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, chairs the advisory committee of the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation, a London Based think-tank, and consults on corporate governance for the International Finance Corporation, the private sector lending arm of the World Bank.He is a qualified accountant.
