The Company was founded in 1992 and floated on the London Stock Exchange in July 1996.

Our current landbank exceeds 27 million sq ft, 21 million sq ft of which is in London.

We are driving two of the UK’s four largest regeneration schemes at Wembley and Greenwich Peninsula, at 90 and 194 acres respectively.

Two zero carbon mixed use developments are currently under construction, including the UK’s largest scheme in Middlesbrough.

In 2008 Quintain won the Property Week award for Sustainability.
